A graduate of the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Simba holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Cum Laude) as well as a Masters in Mercantile Law (LLM). He was previously employed by Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe Limited; a member of the Standard Bank Group, as a senior legal manager for the bank’s corporate and investment banking portfolio and has an extensive 10-year experience in providing legal guidance on domestic, as well as cross-border, structured finance solutions for corporations within the energy, mining, telecoms and agricultural sectors. His aim with all transactions is to establish solutions that equitably cater for the interests of all parties involved.
