Mining Law Practice

Years of exposure and skill is drawn from practice experience in only drafting agreements but also advisory roles in deal structuring for mining assets in Zimbabwe. We have a full appreciation of the geology of the country around mining resources and are well skilled to fully understand client ultimate points of interest. We have advised on projects for the extraction of Kaoline, Coal, Gas, Chrome, Gold and crude oil in Sub Saharan Africa. We have worked with both the Anglo and the Franco phones. We have wielded the pen with enthusiasm and understanding in drawing un Joint Venture agreements, Share Structure Agreements, Mining Contracts, Loading purposes in pursuance of the ach of the resources named. Our experience in this area of practice is also drawn from working with foreign players investing into the Country, local private players and special purpose vehicles owned by the Government through its various arms

We have also worked through the region reviewing and extending advisory services to a Gabonese project for the prospective exploration of Crude Oil in the Gabon. We tie it in well with international exposure our counsel has.
