Energy Development Law Practice

Investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa in general are enormous.

Zimbabwe has its fair chair. The economic trajectory and demands to grow infrastructure for agriculture, manufacturing and the commercial sectors of the region’s economies require adequate, safe, reliable and affordable energy supplies. Investment and prospective investment in this industry has been growing. The demand for advisory and legal services has seen our outfit participate actively on behalf of international and local partners. We have advised and drawn up Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) and BOT agreements together with MOA giving definition to operative structure agreements for prospective Independent Power Product Producers. We have full appreciation of the demands of the economies and the Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs) accompanying such activities. Experience has taught us well. We are on board perpetual development projects in the Kanyemba Logistics Hub in the North Eastern region of Zimbabwe with an international and local player.
